Description : Double storey side extension with new roof & loft room

Brief :

Ground Floor
To provide a wider and easier accessible garage replacing existing. To create a new utility room adjacent to the kitchen and to provide and open plan kitchen / dining room.

First Floor
Provide a larger master bedroom to include a seperate dressing area and en-suite

Second Floor
Create a good size loft bedroom with a better floor to ceiling height than the current 2.1m. Ideally, another good sized bedroom with an en-suite.
