Description : Side & rear extension and garage relocation

Brief :

We were contacted after the customer had seen our advert in the local paper. Mr. C had just bought this property and was looking to add an extra 3m to the side and a further 3m to the rear aspect to create a large kitchen diner and rationalize some of the internal rooms and general space.
We suggested creating a high vaulted ceiling as a feature to the Kitchen diner area with electric Velux windows with rain sensors for remote operation. The height of the windows off the floor would be impractical to operate manually. We have repositioned the garage and suggested using the widening shape of the garden to best effect in the garage, providing a far more easily accessible space for parking the car.
This project is currently awaiting planning consent.
