When Room-by-Room (UK) Ltd was first formed we prided ourselves in offering our customers a good quality, accurate and speedy architectural service. Almost ten years later and we still offer the same great architectural services but we now offer a complete design and build service.
Our design and build service is very competatively priced and offers excellent value for money. If however you already have planning permission and building control approval we would be happy to quote for your building work free of charge.

We believe that customer satisfaction is as important as the work we produce and as such we only accept one design and build project at a time. This ensures the quality control for the project remains at the highest of standards and allows us to work completely on your project without juggling other work in the background or just turning up now and again or a few days a week to carry on with your build.

All drawing work is produced in house using the very latest Computer Aided Design, CAD, software technology which ensures drawing details are accurate and to scale. We can provide the drawings to you in digital format or as hard copies on any standard paper sheet size and retain the integrity of the scale and drawing quality. Each hard copy we produce for our customers is an original which means there is no loss in accuracy or quality.

Room-by-Room (uk) Ltd has Professional Indemnity Insurance for architectural work and Public Liability Insurance for building work. All of our professional tradesmen are CIS registered and accredited to their appropriate trade organisation. On occassion we employ an HSE consultant to oversee our responsibilites to site safety and our employees welfare during the construction process.
